Our bodies encounter a variety of physical stresses on a daily basis, through the work that we do and the activities we participate in. An incredibly important part of reaching and maintaining optimal function is to prepare our bodies for those stresses that we will inevitably encounter.Rehabilitation is an important step in preventing re-injury, whether it is for an ankle or knee sprain, chronic low-back or neck pain. Dr. Stadelmann & Dr. Fleming will instruct you on how you can take an active role in your recovery on the road to optimal performance.
